ATTORNEY

Ibrahim Ayyub

The main goal of the Law Offices of Ibrahim Ayyub is to help those in need of help with Immigration Law issues. He is fluent in English and Arabic and Conversational Spanish. Mr. Ayyub is a native of Lebanon and a naturalized U.S. citizen. He and his family sought refuge in Saudi Arabia and the United States to avoid the civil war in Lebanon. His time in Saudi Arabia and in Lebanon’s Brummana High School allowed him to learn English and Arabic from a very young age. He and his family permanently moved to Florida from Lebanon back in 1995 where his friendship with many Latin-Americans motivated him to learn Spanish which he continue to do so in his spare time.

Attorney Ayyub’s passion for immigration law derives from his experience as a first generation immigrant and his personal experience with U.S. immigration procedures from handling his spouse’s permanent residency and citizenship along with volunteering his time with other immigration attorneys in the past. Mr. Ayyub’s areas of expertise consist of Family Immigration, Obtaining Permanent Residency and Citizenship, Asylum, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals applications, J-1 Conrad 30 Waiver, VAWA and U-Visa applications. Furthermore, he handles both, Applications for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility and Applications for Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver to reunite families and keep families together.

Agnieszka Piasecka

Our offices has established an "Of Counsel" relationship with attorney Agnieszka Piasecka. Licened in both Florida and Poland, Agnieszka graduated Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law in Florida. She also graduated with Honors from Jagiellonian University law school in Poland and studied International Law in Holland. She is fluent in Polish and Italian and also practices in the areas of Immigration Law, Family Law, Estate Planning and Civil Litigation.
